What you're owed as a buyer
Accurate representation
You have the right to know what you're buying — box count, pack contents, randomization method, and any known odds. Misrepresentation is fraud.
Your cards or your money
If a seller does not ship what you paid for, you have remedies through the platform, your payment method, and in some cases small claims court.
To leave an honest review
A seller cannot legally force you to remove or modify a truthful review. Coercive review manipulation may violate the Consumer Review Fairness Act.
To know a certification's limits
BreakCheck Certified means a background check was passed and ethics standards were acknowledged. It does not guarantee future behavior or cover every possible dispute.
